Hi all, my company is looking for a Receptionist/Admin URGENTLY.
Job Description:
-Answering incoming phone calls.
-Attending to walk in customers.
-Responsible for postage and records.
-Responsible for international and local courier.
-Responsible for sorting out company's mails.
-Responsible for booking conference rooms.
-Responsible for maintenance of reception area.
-Other Ad-hoc admin duties.
Requirements:
-GCE 'O' level & above.
-No experience needed as training will be provided.
-Bubbly personality.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft office.
-Able to work independently w/o supervision.
-Able to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently.
-Foreigners need not apply. Only Singaporeans & PR who are 18 & above.
